This 6th edition of Middle East’s Customer Festival paved way for new insights into the customer journey

Infinia Services & Solutions, the UAE-based leading loyalty program and payment solutions company participated at the 6th annual Middle East’s Customer Festival in Dubai, along with global professionals across varied industries, all together creating a pool of insights and ideas on the business- consumer association. The attending professionals hailed from a full spectrum of industries including retail, hospitality, travel, ecommerce, education, entertainment, leisure, finance, healthcare, FMCGs and telecoms.

The event was held on 17 & 18 November 2015 at The Address Dubai Marina Hotel, Dubai, wherein Infinia presented ‘The Customer Festival Awards’. The platform was an opportunity to learn and share much about creating impactful connections with the modern-day digital consumer, through the involvement of various collaborations. This unfolded through viewing the success of some companies, networking and learning through knowledge sharing segments, that touched upon facets including Loyalty World, Total Payments, Experience World.

Amidst this pulsating environment, The Customer Festival Awards, unfolded on November 17th, with Infinia Services and Solutions as the Title Award Sponsor. The platform honors the best in the loyalty and marketing sectors in the Middle East. This year too saw some strong ideas being appreciated. Commercial Bank of Qatar (CBQ) was awarded the best new loyalty program title. It was a delight for Infinia Services & Solutions to see its client gain edge in the field of customer loyalty.
