Infinia Sponsors the Middle East's Customer Festival Awards Published-Nov 18, 2014
Infinia Services & Solutions was the title sponsor for the Middle East's Customer Festival Awards that took place at the Conrad Hotel on 18th November 2014. Leading brands from across the region were nominated and awarded for their achievements in customer loyalty and for creating unique customer experience.

We are always keen to reward our customers with innovative and high quality products, and moreover, the best service that customers can expect.''
Emirates NBD won an award for the 'Best CMO'. Accepting the award, Vikram Krishna, Head of Group Marketing and Customer Experience at Emirates NBD, said: "I am delighted to receive this recognition which caps an outstanding year of highly successful marketing campaigns that Emirates NBD has showcased. I dedicate this award to all my team members who never rest on their laurels to create innovative marketing solutions that address the everyday banking and non-banking requirements of our customers."

The Entertainer FZ LLC was also given the award for the 'Best Mobile Experience'. "We were delighted to win the 'Best Mobile Experience at the Customer Festival Awards. It's a wonderful acknowledgement of the Entertainer team's hard work in developing an App that so many of our loyal customers have embraced", said Donna Benton, Founder and CEO of the Entertainer.
